Deborah co-founded the Endometriosis Association of Ireland and has conducted pioneering research into the experiences of Irish women with endometriosis. Her 2002 study, ‘Irish Women’s Experiences with Endometriosis’ is a valuable resource and highlights the multifaceted impact of the condition.

Deborah later moved to Melbourne and established Inner Health Solutions, a multi-disciplinary health practice. She was an active committee member of the Endometriosis Association of Victoria and worked as a Counsellor for the Endometriosis Clinic in Melbourne in collaboration with leading gynaecologists and scientists. She also contributed to raising awareness of Endometriosis by delivering presentations to healthcare professionals, schools, and workplaces.
Now based in Dublin, Deborah continues to provide counselling services to women in Ireland and beyond.
